I Saved Money – 98%

This has been a great week for freebies!  Today I saved 98% between Albertsons & CVS.

 First up Albertsons

The Flips and Colgate Toothbrushes are on sale at Albertsons for $1.00 each.  Albertsons is bonusing all coupons to $1.00.  The Mac & Cheese Explosion is on sale for $0.50 making it free with the tear pad coupon right by them. 

I purchased:
5 Flips used 5 $0.50/1 from 3/28 Smart Source Insert
6 Colgate Toothbrushes used 6 $0.75/1 from 4/25 Smart Source Insert
6 Mac & Cheese Explosion used 3 $0.55/2 (tear pad by mac & cheese)

Total:  $0.41  (tax)

I also had a $5/30 coupon that CVS emailed me and $8.50 in ECBs.  Not only did I use ECB’s to pay but I rolled them too less $0.50. 

All and all I paid $1.62 (tax) and received 8 ECBS.  ($5 /sunscreen $2 /oral b toothbrushes $1 / Bring Your Own Bag 4 time)

What a great trip!  I’m very excited about my savings and only paying tax for all the times!  The total value of the times $83.67!!!
