Last week didn’t go quiet as planned. I’m hoping for better results this week! Although we only ate out once meals were moved around and pushed aside! I’m really hopping to stick to the plan this week!
Sunday: Meatball Subs
Monday: Ground Beef Tacos
Tuesday: Spaghetti and Garlic Bread
Wednesday: Mac & Cheese – The blue box kind!
Thursday: Lasagna (I made this ahead last freezer cooking day)
Friday: Chicken Tacos (the meat is already cooked and in the freezer from freezer cooking day)
Saturday: Meatloaf, Mashed potatoes and Corn (the meatloaf is put together and in the freezer just needs to be baked!)

Its a lot of fun! Just make a plan and stick to it! Throwing anything extra in last minute can throw your day off! I used recipes we already ate and adjusted when needed for the freezer. One thing I’ve found though you need extra time for defrosting! The morning of isn’t early enough! I have also found wrapping the meal in foil then in press and seal wrap to be very helpful! Have fun!!
